Our Treasure Hunt will take you through the historical and modern part of Athens where you will explore, discover and interact with the true essence of this city.

The objective of the game is to beat other groups by gaining the most points. Points are won by following simple, yet cunning, instructions and solving a number of puzzles and challenges specially designed for travelers that are new to our city. Be the first team/traveler to complete the tasks and your triumph is certain!

This activity will show you the city of Athens in a truly unique way. You will have lots of fun, make new friends-even locals, taste great food and see parts of the city from the inside.

Notes & Clarifications

  • Prices vary according to group size
  • This activity does not include a visit to the Acropolis or any archaeological site
  • A smartphone would prove handy, or another device that can take pictures!
  • Since this is a walking activity you will need to be wearing comfortable shoes, a hat and sun-block. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and lots of energy!

This may just quite be the hardest review I will ever have to write. Not because it was terrible but because it was simply AMAZING. There really isn't any better way to put it.

Even if i am Greek and i know much about Athens i've opted to do the treasure hunt tour organized by Natalie and her amazing team just out of curiosity! I was amazed about their incredible organization, the places we went were all amazing & very selective! We stopped even for food and coffee and at each stop there was a surprise waiting for us!!.The guide was wonderful as well. It was the best city tour i ever imagined via this treasury hunt and i highly recommend Athens Insiders not only to tourists but even to all Athenians!! The experience was overall unforgettable!! Three Wonderful Tours

 

Family of four - including a 10 year old and 8 year old - looking for a fun way to learn about Athens, Greece in 2.5 days. CHECK! We participated in three private tours - one of the Acropolis and Ancient Agora, a city scavenger hunt and a food tasting tour. Each was special, unique and fun and led by such very nice and friendly people. Thank you Theano, Kostas and George. You kept our attention while teaching us about your magical city and country.

Great idea to discover Athens !

 

If you are to discover Athens in a very special and different way you are used to sight-see a city, a treasure hunt experience is super higly recommended.

If you want to complete your experience, whether you are 1, 2 persons or a group, you can always combine the walking and finding your treasure game with other, so-called challenges: a Greek Coffee Tzatziki time, a cooking lesson, Greek Spirits tasting , a Greek olive oil and/or Greek meze !
